Experience Description

Within this experience, we'll visit two of the most important palaces in Portugal’s recent history. The Palace of Queluz is an object of admiration not only because of its architecture but also because of the beautiful French gardens surrounding it. After that, we will taste the exquisite Portuguese seafood at Ericeira. The next stop is the Palace-Convent of Mafra, a protected World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and a great example of the Baroque period in Portugal.

Pick up

Get ready for an exciting and active adventure with our experienced guide. After pick up from your hotel, we will depart from Lisbon and go directly to the Palace of Queluz. The time on the road will fly by fast as your comfort is our priority.

9:30 a.m.

Queluz Palace

Our first stop will be the Palace of Queluz. This example of royal power is a great reminder of the Baroque era and one of the most magnificent examples in Portugal.

12:10 p.m.

Ericeira+lunch

After the visit to the Palace, we will have some free time. Ericeira is the ideal spot to have lunch and buy some local pastries. Here, we’ll not only enjoy the environment, but will also taste the fresh seafood of the shores of Portugal.

1:55 p.m.

Mafra+free time

Our next stop is Mafra, which is known as an upper-class municipality in the outskirts of Lisbon. We will visit the Palace-Convent of Mafra, a world heritage site by UNESCO, and an incredible display of Portuguese Baroque architecture!

5:15 p.m.

Drop off

We will bring you back to your accommodation in Lisbon safe & sound, hoping to have a chance to enjoy your company once again! Time on the road will fly by fast as we’ll drive through the picturesque landscapes on our way back.
