Batalha Monastery

The Monastery of Batalha, famous for its stunning architecture, is protected by UNESCO. It played an important role in the history of Portugal and nowadays is one of the greatest reminders of Medieval times.

11:45 a.m.

Fatima Sanctuary

Our next stop is the Holy Town of Fátima, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the world. Cleanse yourself and pay homage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fátima, where the appraisal of the Virgin Mary happened to three shepherd children.

12:45 p.m.

Free lunchtime

It’s time to take a break and have some rest. Our guide would recommend the perfect spot for lunch with excellent delicious cuisine. After what we expect to be an outstanding lunch, it’s time to enjoy the more famous attraction.

Templar Town of Tomar

Our last destination is the Templar Town of Tomar, shrouded in history and mystery. Explore the Castle of Tomar, once the headquarters of the Knights Templar in Portugal. Visit the Convent of Christ, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and marvel at its significance in Portuguese history.
